Once all of the new systems are in place, Strategic Financials' founder and CEO, Mike Callaghan, acts as a "consulting COO"-meeting monthly with his clients to provide ongoing performance analysis and operational recommendations. He is also available to help clients continuously assess and solve emerging challenges that may be limiting their growth prospects and financial prosperity.

Prior to launching Strategic Financials, Callaghan is credited with successfully growing a number of diverse businesses in the distribution, manufacturing and professional services areas. Key to these successes, were his strengths in analyzing under-performing organizations, and quickly identifying the requisite changes needed to generate quick profitability returns, as well as facilitate and speed business turn-arounds.

Over the course of his career, Callaghan has spent 22 years in executive management, most recently as COO of Advanced Software Talent. Before that, he was CEO of Metrotech Corporation, a leading worldwide supplier of electronic instruments to the communications and utility industries. Earlier is his career; Callaghan held executive management positions with ITW and DeVilbiss Company, specializing in sales, training, distribution, customer service and finance. A graduate of UC Berkeley, Callaghan has an MBA in Finance and an undergraduate degree in Engineering.
